Building on the premise that leaders are made, not born, participants leave Pamela J. Maus Consulting’s programs ready to immediately apply new skills, insights, and strategies to the job.

Pamela J. Maus Consulting offers individual and group coaching, consultation and training programs to build leadership skills among all members of an organization. Pam can develop and implement broad leadership development programs to shift organization culture from traditional "control and command” leadership to a facilitative style that encourages decision-making at all levels.

Pam’s workshops bring leaders together to explore styles of effective leadership, assess their own leadership capabilities, and develop a plan of action to acquire new skills and strengthen their ability to implement the organization’s mission in concert with its core values.
