Pam Maus, M. Ed., brings over twenty years' professional experience working with leaders in the private and public sectors to build better organizations.
 
Pam has helped dozens of individuals and organizations design and implement comprehensive organizational strategies. She is highly skilled and knowledgeable in the areas of leadership development, career and performance management, and cross-functional team building. Pam is an adept facilitator, an informed educator, and a creative problem-solver. Prior to establishing her own consulting practice, Pam's work experience included managing Career and Performance Management at the Polaroid Corporation and serving as Organizational Practice Leader at Executive Alliance Consulting Group.

Additionally, Pam is an active board member and leader on several local and
